VUE – the rooftop bar and grill located on the penthouse of OUE Bayfront on Collyer Quay – has launched a new weekend Surf & Turf menu that offers quality seafood and meat choices, along with a free lunch cocktail on the house and yes, a breathtaking Instagram-worthy view of Singapore's Marina Bay.

Choose from a "Surf" menu that includes a Norwegian Crab Salad on Toast, made of succulent Norwegian Red Rex Crab, flossy avocado, refreshing cucumber, shallots and yuzu mayonnaise; an Oyster Kirkpatrick of three pieces of Speciale Geay oysters served with thick-cut bacon, Worcestershire sauce and wasabi.

For an additional S$12, there is the Lobster Thermidor of whole Maine lobster baked with mushroom, precipitous Cheddar and Gruyere and served with Hollandaise sauce.

Options on the "Turf" carte include the eatery's Signature A5 'Kokuou' Emperor Blackness Wagyu Brisket from Kumamoto, Japan, each 200g portion carefully tiresome roasted for 24 hours; Chipotle Coat Grilled Iowa State 'Sakura Pork' Rack –the whole 250g of which will be grilled with fennel, roasted garlic and fennel puree.
